Last year I received a massage from my favorite massage therapist here in North Carolina. Throughout the massage I kept thinking, "Boy I sure do like whatever she is using for the massage". LOL. So after the massage ended, my first question was: What did you use for the massage? and she shared this incredible line of body butters made locally in Raleigh, NC. As usual I then thought to myself, well I could make this! So I purchased one of the butters and for the next few months and on into this year I fiddled with the ingredient deck so I could work out a formulation that was similar in texture as that massage butter. And finally, many jars later, here it is. This massage body butter can be used during a massage as the 'lubricant' and what is so awesome about it, is it does not leave the skin oily!
As with all the recipes throughout this course, you should feel free to improvise with different vegetable and/or herbal oils to achieve different therapeutic benefit whilst keeping the general framework the same.

I made a synergy of: 25 drops Lavander (Lavandula angustifolia) and 30 drops Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) ct. cineole and it came out beautifully!

Here is a great recipe for a baby’s bottom salve. Although it was rare for my son to have an issues with a dry or irritated bottom, it did happen at least once or twice and this is the salve that really helped!
To make 2 – 2 ounce jars.
**Please note: you really don’t need to add essential oils into this as it is quite effective without them but can be a nice addition.
