Your teacher, Fred Jones, currently the Bar Manager at Barano Restaurant in Williamsburg, will walk you through multiple methods for making shrubs and syrups using seasonally fresh ingredients and discuss the variety of flavor and olfactive profiles, overall palette dynamics along with the internal thought process of creating these beautiful libations.
Everyone will leave with their own handmade shrub and syrup.
