Join us for our “Keeping Your Kids Healthy” workshop where we will look at essential oils that are helpful for this time of the year, as well as simple & thoughtful ways to incorporate them into your dailies. Fall is the time of leading into cooler days and longer nights, of leaves dropping with hibernation pending, and preparation for the winter and cold dark days ahead – we are once again transitioning and adjusting for what is to come. It is also a time where we return to routine after Summer has ended, that may be school, work or life as a stay-at-home-parent. Some may find this time unsettling and depressing, while other see it as a time to buckle down and focus.
Some of the most common concerns which resonate with Fall are:
- Dry Skin, and Eczema/Psoriasis flare ups
- Flu/Cold symptoms ex. Nasal congestion
- Feeling down, unhappy and unmotivated
- Support for transition & change ex. New class at school
- Focus and mental clarity ex. Starting school again
- Being exposed to germs ex. School days, and back on the subway
With this in mind we will look at essential oils that can help aid with these concerns, while combining these essential oils into products highlighted. Additionally, we will design an Anti-viral Spray, an Anti-bacterial hand gel, an Anti Anxiety Inhaler and a Child Friendly seasonally appropriate diffuser blend.
